The cast of MTV’s new series ‘The Valleys’ got together for a photocall ahead of the launch of the series at 10pm, Tuesday 25th September. The beefy boys and glamorous girls brought a tractor and some blinged-up sheep from the South Wales valleys with them.
Gossip from the shoot:
– Jenna was a bit overwhelmed by sheep – she started crying
– Liam and Aron were the most skilled at handling the sheep
– Lateshya was the first to jump on the tractor
– Carley, Natalee and Anna were worried about fake tan was going streaky and their hair matted

In a stunt to celebrate the launch of MTV’s new series The Valleys, the cast made their way from their homes in the picturesque rolling countryside of South Wales to the heart of London’s posh Bedford Square.
We can’t decide which one is camper – Liam Powell or the sheep?
Despite the thrashing rain, the cast decided to dress for the ‘occasion’ with the girls choosing ultra-glam body-con dresses and the boys, extra tight t-shirts. With a battered tractor and ‘blinged-up’ sheep on diamante leads in tow, onlookers were left completely bemused.
The Next Catherine Zeta-Jones? Nicole Morris from MTV’s The Valleys
The nine youngsters are currently dreaming of a life of stardom, limousines, flashing paparazzi bulbs and adoring fans. Unfortunately it’s going to take a small miracle to become the next Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey, Catherine Zeta-Jones or erm, Steve Jones.
The Rolling Hills and Valleys of Lateysha Grace
Brand new show ‘The Valleys’ will pluck them from obscurity and thrust them into the limelight where they will live in a house kitted out with a cutch-hut (a Welsh word for a cuddle) and cameras, to see if they succeed amidst the hustle and bustle of Cardiff city.
