Putting the Gourmet into Dips – NEW G’Nosh Dippables with Grissini Sticks

G’NOSH launch ‘dippables’ – a range of dips with grissini bread sticks for fuss-free snacking on-the-go or, as the Italians might say, eaten ‘al desko’.

Each of the THREE NEW G’NOSH dippables packs combine a flavourful, natural G’NOSH dip with hand-twisted rosemary, polenta and black olive grissini, baked by Crosta & Mollica, suppliers of ‘really Italian’ authentic regional breads.

The new flavours are:

SMOKY ROASTED AUBERGINE BABAGHANOUSH DIP An authentic Lebanese favourite: aubergine is roasted and blended with tahini, garlic, Greek yoghurt, parsley and lemon juice for a rich, smoky flavour.

SWEET BLACK BEAN DIP The protein rich black beans are lifted with the sweetness of honey & caramelised onions, and combined with fresh lime and smoky chilli for an extra kick.

SMOKY CHIPOTLE HUMMUS A smooth rich textured dip, combining the nutty mellow taste of chickpea with the depth of smoked, chilli chipotle.

Using only hand-picked ingredients and 100% free from preservatives and artificial flavourings, G’NOSH combines easy-going sociable food (that’ll be the NOSH), with a love of gourmet (which is what the G stands for!)

So sociable, that these three new dips join the other five flavours of dips launched successfully back in February 2012.

G’Nosh was founded by Charlotte Knight from New Zealand, a former banking and Cisco Systems high-flyer who wanted to combine a life-long passion for food and entertaining with her ambitions of becoming a foodie entrepreneur. The signs are good with G’Nosh getting a Social Gold at their first Gold Great Taste Award 2012.  Charlotte  came up with the idea for a home-made tasting gourmet dip brand when she realised there is nothing like it in the UK.  She missed the quality and range of dip products you can get back “down under” and wanted to create a premium product that has ‘wow’ factor, and so G’NOSH was born. Recently she’s been joined by Robert Leechman who brings with him 30 years of Mars Inc. & Coca-Cola consumer goods experience. Expect big (and tasty) things.

ALL G’NOSH dippables are available at £1.89 RRP from 190 Budgens stores nationwide from 22nd October 2012 and Ocado, as well as Booths and independent retailers including Selfridges, John Lewis Food Hall, Wholefoods and Planet Organic launching through the autumn.
