drakes of Brighton has teamed up with Arona Khan, international gift wrapping expert, to offer something different for a fun get-away, celebrating birthdays or pre-wedding days out.
In the luxury of one of Brighton’s best-loved boutique hotels, Arona will be hosting private Gift Wrapping Masterclasses, demonstrating some of her tips and tricks to produce fabulously wrapped gifts of all shapes and sizes. Arona has also added to her repertoire a Fascinator Masterclass. Unique pieces of millinery are created, using ribbons, beads and bows that can then be worn to the races, special occasions and weddings.
After either of these 2-hour sessions, a three-course gastronomic lunch will be served in the restaurant at drakes, which had the highest score of all Brighton restaurants in The Good Food Guide 2011.
Arona is acclaimed internationally, having worked for large corporate and private clients in Japan, America and throughout Europe. One of her many prestigious commissions was to be invited to train the staff at 10 Downing Street.
