London’s Juno Rooms has announced a new musical theatre themed brunch with stars from the West End performing classic tracks every Saturday afternoon. Located in the Square Mile just a short walk from Mansion House on Watling Street.
With West End performers from Wicked, Dreamgirls, Six, Motown and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie singing all the musical classics.
Each week sees a different host alongside a DJ and performances from stars from some of the biggest West End shows.
Weekly hosts include David Albury (Motown, Get Up Stand Up), Karla Bear (Kinky Boots), Joanna Woodward (The Time Travellers Wife, Tina – The Musical, Beautiful) and Mercedes Bends (Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Fame, Saturday Night Fever)
The cast of singers include Jordan Lee Davies (Book of Mormon, La Cage Aux Folles) Ruth Brown (Dreamgirls, The Voice Finalist), Cherelle Williams (Motown, The Wiz). Emma Lindars (Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Shrek), Luke Bayer (Everybody’s Talking About Jamie), Amy Di Bartolomeo (Six, We Will Rock You), Freddie King (Heathers) and Ross Harmon (Heathers, Wicked).
Head to Juno Rooms for a raucous afternoon of show-tunes, dance-offs, singalongs, games, a delicious brunch menu and bottomless cocktails. Three hours of entertainment including an ‘End of the Show’ show with a chance to choose what is performed – the artists may even get you to join in.
The food menu includes brunch staples including crispy duck salad, chicken & waffles, British bavette steak and chips, smash burger, Juno plant burger, eggs Benedict and cocktails by Absolut Vodka.
The show takes place at 1pm every Saturday and tickets start at £35 including food and a welcome drink.
