If like me, you’ve been using the #summerishere on anything and everything summery then you’ll appreciate this photo of a sudden downpour while trying out Godiva’s delicious luxury ice creams.
not even rain will keep us from chocolate ice cream
Put simply, start with a waffle cone or cup and add vanilla or intense dark chocolate ice cream topped with milk, white or dark tasty Crispy Pearls, syrup, chocolate flakes or caramelised hazelnut crumb – it’s supposed to be one topping but gluttons we are, went for a sprinkle of everything. More is more, right?

Chocolate dipped strawberries are even better when accompanied by fantastic fizz – this excellent one from Blubell Vineyard Estate’s Hindleap Brut Rosé from the warm slopes of, erm, East Sussex. Not sure about the price tag of £10 for the strawberries, unless you’re convinced they’re part of your five a day.
