Event organisers have announced that tickets go on sale today for the third annual HPA Gaucho International Polo event at The O2 in London on Tuesday 21 May 2013.
The world’s greatest polo players will fly in from around the globe to compete in this prestigious tournament in three international matches – all vying for the honour of taking home the championship.
It is confirmed that England will take on the mighty Argentina, with England Captain Jamie Morrison going mallet-to-mallet with Argentinian rival Nacho Figueras.
Guests will enjoy sets of live music and DJ’s in addition to a VIP after-party at Indigo2. Veuve Clicquot will be creating a unique Champagne garden for the evening and Tanqueray gin will be hosting a ring-side party and hospitality package.
The Club Gaucho premium hospitality package includes meeting the players, Veuve Clicquot reception, VIP access to the arena and after-party and more.
Spectators can arrive in style and enjoy Thames-side views on board the ‘Polo Express Clipper’ a 150 seated Catamaran.
The remaining two match line-ups and musicians playing at the event will be announced in March.
IG will continue their sponsorship of Team England and are joined by Cheval des Andes a LVMH winery in Mendoza who will sponsor Team Argentina. La Martina and HR OWEN Maserati are also taking roles as official merchandising and official car partners.
Royal Salute will be sponsoring team Scotland, and sponsors of the opening match – between two patron led teams by Thomas Kato and Yevgeny Chichvarkin – will be Merchant Hub and Hedonism Wines.
