To celebrate one of my favourite days of the year, Pancake Day, Rabbit restaurant will be going flipping mad.
Head Chef Oliver Gladwin will be showing us how its done by launching and, hopefully, catching the pancakes at the pass in front of diners.
What’s more, Rabbit will be asking those who think they can, to come and have a go!
You’ll have read about the Gladwin brothers, Richard, Oliver and Gregory who are also behind Notting Hill restaurant, The Shed serving British tapas.
Oliver believes that if you pull your own carrots out of the ground they really do taste better. He proves it, not only with the carrot humus, but with daily fresh seasonal produce from the family farm where the focus is on bio-diversity, to reduce chemicals and help the wildlife flourish.
The same principle applies for the grapes from their own Nutbourne Vineyards which are helping the renaissance in British wines.
Rabbit is a true celebration of British wild food, with an emphasis on sustainability.
Bunnies can now hop happily.
