The Oystermen’s thirty7 – new restaurant and bar for Covent Garden

As featured in the Michelin Guide, The Oystermen has been hailed for pairing impeccable customer service, British Seafood and a laid-back ambiance reminiscent of the Cornish Coast, since its opening in 2017.

“thirty7” will be Hampton & Lovell’s third hospitality venue in Covent Garden, having opened the doors to wine shop and bar, Bedford Street Wines, in late 2021, a stone’s throw away from their new venture on the same street.

Working alongside Peagreen Studio on the design for thirty7 and in keeping with their hands-on-approach to management the founders have spent the last few weeks wearing steel capped boots and yellow helmets, tearing out the remnants of a health foods store in anticipation of the build.

Mood boards for the restaurant include exposed brick walls, burnt orange accents and the soft glow of industrial light fixtures, features that you can find in a downtown Manhattan eatery.

While the details are under wraps, anticipation is high for Hampton & Lovell.
