Fashion Charity Gala ‘Bohemian Africa’ from The Future Vintage 30 July, London

On 30th July 2012, The Future Vintage (TFV) are hosting a Fashion Charity Gala ‘Bohemian Africa’ in aid of The Charity ‘Support For Africa’ (SFA) at The Music Room, London’s Mayfair. The Future Vintage is a creative consultancy that discovers and promotes fresh talent within the world of fashion and creative arts.

Led tirelessly with passion and commitment by Patti Boulaye, SFA as a charity raises funds to build healthcare clinics in African villages, increasing awareness of the spread of HIV/AIDS and malaria.

The event will be a fusion of African culture with the bohemian style of London’s fashion industry.

There will be a catwalk show, including a limited edition collection designed and made by Patti herself and designers Amelia Smith, Ieva Poriete, Nieema Pemberton, Jo Sexton, Fiona Huang, Mashaal Jolly, Jennifer AnneRoya Bahar Moharrer, Lydia Stedman, Dhaval Joshi, Jessica Wood, Khadijah Eniafe, James Walker and Galina Hnaticova. Live music performances, followed by an auction of high-end products and rare items donated by the designers, sponsors and patrons of SFA.

To help continue and develop the work and education coordinated by SFA, TFV aim to give children a chance to learn about the creative industry as well as offer welfare.

With the help and support of their eclectic patrons list of Lords, Ladies, international Ambassadors and members of the House of Parliament; support from celebrities such as Didier Drogba, Thierry Henry, Emma Nobel, Uri Geller, Sir Cliff Richard, Boney M, Baroness Amos, Iain Duncan Smith and the late Michael Jackson and many others; SFA has built five general health care clinics in African villages in the last few years making a great impact on rural African communities, tangibly saving lives.

“TFV team have a strong desire to emphasise educational initiatives which impact directly upon individuals. The Fashion Charity Gala will celebrate the success and hard work of SFA and will help to carry on their inspirational work by raising money for the five healthcare clinics and the school built by the SFA, particularly their current project in Bafia, Cameroon” says Regina N’day, the Founder and Director of The Future Vintage.

A night to remember, ‘Bohemian Africa’ will be held at The Music Room in London’s Mayfair on 30th July 2012 with the after party at The Flute Bar & Lounge in Oxford St.
