Discover chocolate as you’ve never tasted it before with Chocolate Week events at Gaucho restaurants across the UK from 14th – 20thOctober.
As Pamela Villar, Gaucho’s Executive Dessert Chef, flies over from Buenos Aires for the week, diners can taste her exclusive Chocolate Week Menu:
- Braised beef cheeks with lamb sweetbread popcorn in almonds and breadcrumbs, humita and chocolate jus
- Trio of pork: slow cooked pork belly, white chocolate and vanilla mash, braised mole pork matambre and crispy chocolate crackling
- White chocolate mousse with milk chocolate crumble, fresh and frozen fruits and almond praline
- Braised beef cheeks with lamb sweetbread popcorn in almonds and breadcrumbs, humita and chocolate jus

Groups of up to 14 can master the art of food and wine matching by attending a Malbec and Chocolate Masterclass – available from Monday 14th – Friday 18th October at Gaucho Piccadilly. Head Sommelier Zack Charilaou will teach chocolate lovers how the bitter taste of their most loved indulgence is enhanced by the deep, smooth flavour of Argentine Malbec, priced at £30 pp. Book here
Discover the history of chocolate as a South American cocktail ingredient. Gaucho’s Mixologist Ian O’Reilly will host a series of Chocolate Cocktail Evenings within the sumptuous surroundings of Galante, in South Kensington. Available from Monday – Saturday, priced at £30 pp, guests can taste their way through innovative and unusual South American chocolate-inspired cocktails like ‘Coco Rojo’, ‘Piola’ and ‘Moka Martini’.
