A digital support network for small businesses is set to offer free start-up ‘power hours’ and mouthfuls of lunch time business advice to busy city workers looking to start a company at its Chancery Lane pop-up.
Enterprise Nation usually occupies a place in the digital world, with a community of more than 70,000 entrepreneurs who make use of its practical daily self-help blogs, webinars and newsletters.
From Monday November 25, the team is set to break out of the virtual world into a physical space to offer the growing number of people who want to start a business a free lunch-time start-up boost.
Wanna-be entrepreneurs will not only be encouraged to pop-in and experience 45 minute seminars in person, they will also be able to have a real chat with a fellow entrepreneur around a real water cooler, rather than a digital one.
The Enterprise Nation pop-up starts on Monday November 25 at Club Workspace’s Chancery Lane space and will run up to Christmas. Members of the support network will be able to work in the space for up to three days for free, and pick and choose from the live debates, workshops and expert briefings that will be taking place.
Events are to include a start-up power hour, setting up a website in your lunch hour, a quick guide to blogging, social media, planning and going global.
