M Restaurants are running a competition to find the world’s best beef – diners are the judges alongwith food writer Joe Warwick, critic Charles Campion, M Executive Chef Michael Reid, Head Chef of The Shed & Rabbit and top butcher Oliver Gladwin.
Along the lines of the Rugby World Cup, the qualifying rounds are where guests can opt for 3, 4 or 6 Nations menu from £35.00 per head.
Saturday 19th September is the Eight Countries of Steak, where diners can order 100g of beef from each country with matching drinks in a four-courses quarter-final for £95 per person with £15 going to the School Of Hard Knocks charity.The judging panel lead the semi-final and final.
M is a 15,000 square foot solo project from Martin Williams, formerly Managing Director of Gaucho Restaurants after almost a decade with the company.
Next up from M is a second London site in Victoria with two restaurants – M GRILL and RAW, a boutique wine shop and a private members bar complete with mini cinema.
