ART: London Project at the new MD Gallery

Okay nothing new in a pop up art gallery in London’s new gallery district Fitzrovia. But this has Magda Danysz, one of the first art gallerists to recognise digital art & video, street art, and Chinese contemporary photography. Successfully spotting the major contemporary arts trends of recent years and street art legends Futura, André and  Chinese rising stars Yang Yongliang and Liu Bolin.

This is Magda’s third gallery after Paris and Shanghai and the London space has a large set of basements and vaults which will be devoted to a secret artistic project. This “London Project” will have space for artists to perform in an unique and unseen collaborative piece of art with private visits organized for a limited public to witness the creative process. This builds on the momentum of the 2013 “Les Bains Douches”, held in the iconic Les Bains Douches club in Paris, and “Look Through” in the historic Bund18 building in Shanghai, in 2014.
