Vivek Singh’s Cookery Experience

Cactus Kitchens, London’s first cookery school led by the nation’s top TV chefs and wine experts, has announced a new six-hour experience hosted by Vivek Singh on the 30th of April, where food fans can indulge in a masterclass in Indian cooking.

Vivek Singh

Vivek Singh was classically trained in India, but has gone on to combine his expertise in the traditional methods with his passion for creativity, to transform Indian cooking. His recipes, while rooted in age-old Indian techniques, also aim to evolve the cuisine and prevent it from becoming static, and produce food which is ‘beyond authenticity’. He has gone on to author 3 bestselling cookery books (The Cinnamon Club Cookbook, The Cinnamon Club Seafood Cookbook & Curry: Classic + Contemporary) and become an Executive Chef at The Cinnamon Club, Cinnamon Kitchen and Cinnamon Soho. He is also a regular on British screens, often featuring on Saturday Kitchen.
