Cuisson are introducing high-end dining at an affordable price in a supper club format. POP-Down is in the basement of the Borough Barista serving four courses of French cuisine from open kitchen from where you can watch the chefs work their magic.
Cuisson provide luxury gastronomy experiences for private clients and brands such as Louis Vuitton, Krug, Aston Martin and Veuve Clicquot. So you know you are going to get something swanky and fun.
This month’s dishes are crispy tortilla and prawn chorizo, chicken liver parfait with charred pineapple and candied walnuts or salmon, fennel, cucumber and vanilla or white truffle and saffron crème brûlée with yogurt sugar and summer fruit.
There’s also a POP-Down Dessert Bar for sweet-toothed guests to indulge in three dessert courses, accompanied by wines. Treats such as passion fruit tart with sesame and shortbread, chocolate tart with white choco rocks, Baileys and cep ganache or almond custard with mint jelly, chocolate caviar and black sesame tuile.
